The information we collect from you is used by Golf Wear Plus to enhance your shopping experience. We use your email address to confirm your orders, process your purchase, provide shipping notification, highlight new merchandise deliveries, announce promotions, customize pages to your preferences and notify you of updates to our Web site.
Golf Wear Plus uses the latest technological security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse or alterations. Your online order information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and industry standard encryption technologies.

Terms and Conditions:
All orders will be paid by Master Card, Visa or Discover Card unless prior arrangements have been made. Charges will be processed when confirmation has been approved by client.
All orders will be shipped normal UPS Ground unless specific carrier and/or expedited shipping is requested by customer. Insurance charges and/or any selected third party charges that may get charged back to GolfWear Plus may be charged back to customer on separate invoice.
GolfWear Plus also reserves the right to use an alternate shipper if determined to be more efficient. At times, extremely large orders may be shipped by motor freight carrier and alternative freight costs may apply. Most orders will be shipped from our facility in Marietta, GA. To accommodate faster service for customers, some orders may be shipped direct from our vendor’s facilities. Title passes from GolfWear Plus upon consignment of merchandise to a carrier. Although we may assist our customer, freight claims should be filed by the customer with the carrier. Any changes to the shipping method or address changes must be submitted in writing 24 hours prior to the scheduled ship date and before the order has been processed for shipment to be guaranteed.

Shipping costs for promotional products and apparel is calculated on one location delivery.
Split shipments and drop shipments may incur additional charges.
Return merchandise must have authorization number issued by GolfWear Plus. Any complaint must be registered within twenty days of receipt of merchandise by customer.
Imprinted, embroidered or decorated merchandise of any kind may not be returned.
Non embroidered or imprinted merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Representations and Warranties
GolfWear Plus will honor its Return Policy for any product it determines does not meet its standards for quality and workmanship. GolfWear Plus disclaims all express and implied representations and warranties with respect to its products including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any icons or logos used in graphics of website or printed catalogs are not intended to imply third party certification.
Catalog and Website Pricing
All published prices are subject to change at anytime. No orders will be accepted or shipped with increased pricing without the prior notification and approval of customer.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade dress and related trademarks used in GolfWear Plus catalogs or website are registered trademarks and are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without the expressed written consent of GolfWear Plus and/or the respective owner of such trademarks.
The use of any third party logos, trademarks and trade names on products used on GolfWear Plus website or catalogs are for illustrative purposes only and do not imply an endorsement or association between GolfWear Plus and any third party. Products using any third party logos, trademarks or designs are not for sale to anyone other than authorized representatives of the owners of the logos, trademarks and trade names.
GolfWear Plus assumes no responsibility for determining the proper ownership or use of trademarks, logos and trade names. All liabilities of this nature rest with the Customer. Customers placing orders with GolfWear Plus represent and warrant that they have the authority to order, purchase and distribute the product with the trademarks, trade names and logos specified on the order and that the use of display of the artwork still not violate any laws or client restrictions. Customers also consent to indemnify, defend and absolve GolfWear Plus from and against any and all claims, liabilities and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to any actual or ledged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights or merchandise. This directive will remain in effect after delivery of customer’s merchandise.
Standard Production Times will vary per order and type of merchandise. Most embroidered or imprinted apparel orders are shipped within ten business days of approval of artwork or sample production. If order is required for a specific event date, customer must let us know date required so we can either meet that date or notify customer that order cannot be done in time for event date.

- Free set up charge up to 6000 stitches for orders of 72 pcs. or more.
- Additional charges may apply if embroidery is going on certain items such as golf bags or travel bags
- Multiple logos and/or personalization can be done for additional charges.
- Exact stitch counts for embroidery cannot be determined until artwork is digitized for embroidery.
- An estimated stitch count can be given only after artwork is supplied for digitizing.
- A sample sewout of your logo will be emailed and/or mailed for approval before any order is ran.
- Production time for sewout samples is approximately five business days.
- Production time for orders runs approximately 7-10 business days beginning after approval of sewout.
- No sample sewouts will be produced without product order.
- Art requirements: Most any high-res file or jpeg file is accepted for embroidery.
Production Ready Artwork
For fastest service and best imprint or embroidery quality, we recommend that customers provide production-ready digitally produced art. Artwork should not need any additional touch-up, design, color separation or rearranging for use. For imprinted items, artwork will be sized to maximize the imprint area unless otherwise specified. For embroidered items, art will be produced as best designed unless otherwise specified.
Specific typestyles can be requested or provided via email. Requested fonts, if unavailable will be matched as closely as possible.
The use of licensed artwork may require a written release. Artwork when submitted is assumed to be in full compliance with laws governing copyrights, trademarks, etc. We are not responsible for typographical errors incorporated in submitted artwork. We reserve the right to make slight alterations in copy and logos to adapt to imprinting process.
CD/Disk: Artwork for imprinted items will be accepted digitally from the following programs:
- Adobe Illustrator (any version, PC or Mac) preferred format
- Photoshop (black and white. Tiff, pict, jpeg files) scanned or created at 1200 dpi and approximately the actual size of the imprint area.
- Freehand (saved as an Illustrator “.ai” format, Mac or PC
- Quark or inDesign files must be sent with the linked file. A link file may include eps, pict, tiff or jpeg file formats
- CorelDraw (Using the “export” function, select “Adobe Illustrator .ai” format and the “Concert Type to Curves” option (placed/imported images do not convert; includes as separate files and not embedded.
Hard Copy Artwork
If electronic artwork is not available, please provide sharp, high-contrast, color-separated or black and white artwork. Artwork will be returned upon request.
Please note: GolfWear Plus reserves the right not to print or embroider any message, logo or artwork that is deemed inappropriate.
For imprinted items, faxed or emailed art proofs will be provided free of charge for approval.
For some items, an actual product proof may be available prior to full production run of an order.
A charge of $40.00 plus product cost will apply. Production for orders will not begin until proofs have been approved.
Virtual Spec Samples
For some items, a virtual spec sample may be provided upon request.
Copy changes are available on most items at $30.00 per change. Catalog minimums apply. Logo, location and imprint colors must remain the same.
Product Color Variance
Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or repeat orders. Like-named colors in different materials may not be and exact color match. In our continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
PMS Color Matching
PMS Color Matching is available for $30.00. Specify Pantone color (specify coated or uncoated) or if sending a color swatch, we will match as closely as possible.
All requests for order cancellations must be submitted in writing. A cancellation charge of $30.00 may occur. Cancellations are not accepted for orders in production.
Overruns and Underruns
Every effort will be made to ship exact quantity. However, for imprinted merchandise, we reserve the right to bill and ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered.
Less than minimum charge
For some imprinted items, less than minimum may be ordered, however a $75.00 charge may apply.
For imprinted items, artwork is kept on file for 24 months. Exact re-orders within 24 months have no set-up or art charges.
Embroidery disks are kept for a minimum of 24 months. No set up charges will be applied for any re-orders within 24 months.
Set up charges vary per item and order. Exact charge will be notified to customer prior to running an order..
